Hosted and created by poet  Richard “®” O’Donnell, and featuring the fine talents of Paula, Ben Bellows Lichty, Steve B., Tenzing, Steve king, Ahren Howard,  Brigatte, and the Applicate International Family Jamboree with special guest rapper Patrick, The Poetry Scream blasts off.  Paula was our DJ and treated the crowd to Weird Al Yankovic’s That’s Your Horoscope For Today.

Ben Bellows Lichty returned to the podium with a far out collection of groovy heart-felt originals while Scream first timer Steve B. read a few of his favorite  poets to rock our consciousness as San Francisco implant Steve King redefined “be here now”.  Tenzing  treated us to an entire read of his new book of poems, as did Brigatte, and Ahren Howard proved poetry can be dangerous after all.  Rapper Patrick hit the stage and free formed his ass off  while Applicate International Family Jamboree played rhythms to message the ears terrific.  All in all a wild time was had by all.
